The items online are available only in the style shown.  We continuously update our products to stay on target with new and upcoming trends.  Any ideas for novel items or something that one would like to see available for purchase are welcome and will be taken into consideration.  We are here to serve our customers and their home décor fondness so we take any direction very seriously.

Shipping

All lamps, accessories, shades and decor ship via FedEx Ground.

All furniture, due to it's size and wieght, only ships out UPS Freight. 
 

TLC Lighting/TLC Home Return Policy

Orders placed online from TLC Lighting/TLC Home may be returned within 30 days for a replacement or  refund.   Refunds  will be  issued for the merchandise  cost only.  Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.  You must contact customer service to receive a Return Authorization ID (RAID) before  a refund/replacement will be granted.   When shipping your return, please  include your RAID on the packing slip to avoid delays in processing.   If the item is incorrect or defective upon arrival, you may request a replacement  within 3 days upon delivery.  Replacements/refunds will not be issued for items damaged at the fault of the customer . You will be responsible for the cost to return your items.  Merchandise  must be returned to the return address  in the same condition you received it.  We recommend the original shipping box  and materials l to ensure secure packaging. If product is damaged during shipping due to  poor packaging ,a 15% damage fee may be applied. Packaging quality will be determined at the discretion or our shipping and receiving office .
